Withings ScanWatch 2

A hybrid watch with real mechanical hands over a small greyscale display, so it looks like an ordinary analogue watch rather than a screen on a strap. Behind that it takes medical-grade ECG readings and tracks temperature variation and sleep. Battery lasts about thirty days. It cannot display rich notifications or run apps. For people who want health tracking without a smartwatch on their wrist, this is the most elegant answer.
