We ship to all 50 US states from our Columbus, Ohio warehouse. Orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders after that, or at weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times count business days after dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Alaska and Hawaii are Standard only and add 3–5 business days. We do not ship to PO boxes for orders over $500, because they require a signature.
Signature and insurance
Every order over $500 ships insured and requires a signature on delivery. If nobody is available, the carrier leaves a card and re-attempts the next business day, twice, before returning the parcel to us.
Tracking your order
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with a tracking number when the parcel leaves our warehouse — usually within a few hours of dispatch. Tracking can take up to 12 hours to show its first scan after the carrier collects it.
If your tracking hasn't updated in three business days, email with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
International shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States, and we can't ship to freight forwarders.
Split shipments
If part of your order is out of stock, we ship what's available immediately and send the rest when it arrives — at no extra shipping cost. You'll get separate tracking numbers for each parcel.
