Fitbit Charge 6

A slim band rather than a watch, and that is the appeal — light enough to forget while sleeping, which is when most people abandon larger devices. Heart rate accuracy improved substantially this generation and it now connects to gym equipment over Bluetooth. Battery lasts about a week. The screen is small for notifications and the best analysis sits behind a Premium subscription. The best pick if you want tracking without wearing a watch.
