Samsung Galaxy S25

The base Galaxy S25 is a genuinely compact flagship, which has become rare. The 6.2-inch AMOLED runs at 120Hz and gets extremely bright outdoors, the build is titanium-free but solidly aluminium and glass, and the triple camera covers ultrawide through 3x telephoto. Samsung's seven years of OS updates now match Apple's support horizon, which changes the long-term maths considerably. Battery is adequate rather than generous — the price of the small body. Ideal if you want a flagship that fits in a pocket and works one-handed.
