Google Pixel 9

The Pixel 9 is the phone to buy for photography under about $900. Google's computational processing still produces the most consistently good results straight out of the camera app, particularly for skin tones and difficult mixed lighting. The 6.3-inch 120Hz display is bright, the flat aluminium frame feels better than previous generations, and seven years of updates are promised. The Tensor chip runs warmer and benchmarks lower than rivals — it is tuned for on-device AI rather than raw speed. Battery is solid rather than exceptional.
