Framework Laptop 16

The Framework 16 extends modularity to the graphics card and the input deck: the GPU is a removable expansion bay module, and the keyboard, number pad and macro pads slot in wherever you want them. Nothing else on the market does this. The costs are real — it is thick, it is 2.1 kg, and the modular deck flexes more than a soldered one. Performance is mid-range rather than flagship. This is a machine for people who want to upgrade a laptop GPU in three years instead of replacing the laptop.
